Large gate opening for smoother spreading
The Chapin Spreader handles salt, ice melter and more with a simple gate adjustment. A poly conical auger agitates the material and helps minimize clumping and a sturdy powder-coated steel frame directly supports the hopper base and poly hopper. 12"-dia. tires give the spreader stability over uneven and slippery terrain and the powder-coated steel T-handle feature comfort grips and fingertip gate control. Enclosed metal gears withstand the elements.
