The winner of the $250 to spend at Gempler's will be selected in August 2019.

Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Gempler's Inc., a Wisconsin limited liability company, located at 401 S. Wright Road, Janesville, WI 53546 (the “Sponsor”).

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and not considered a minor in their state of residence at the time of entry (“Eligible Participant”). Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies and members of each employee’s immediate family, defined as spouses, (biological, adoptive and step-) parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses (regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of such employees (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:

Complete the survey above during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry.
 

Entry Requirements: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry or any entrant for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any late, illegible or incomplete entries.

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at [12:00 am CT] on [July 24, 2019] and ends at [11:59:59 pm CT] on [August 5, 2019] (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries in the Sweepstakes must be received by Gempler's Inc. during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries received outside of the Sweepstakes Period will be void.

Winner Selection: One winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Such random drawing will occur within 30 days of the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.

Prizes: One (1) prize will be awarded consisting of $250 to spend at Gempler's. The verifiable retail value of the prize is as follows: $250.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes for cash or alternate prizes of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferrable.

Limitation of Liability: Sponsor, its affiliates and their respective representatives are not responsible or liable for any entry or other communication which is lost, late, damaged, illegible, incomplete or stolen. If, for any reason (including without limitation, tampering, fraud, technical failures or human error), the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned, Sponsor reserves the right in its discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.

General Release: By entering the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a, each entrant and winner agree to release, discharge, defend, indemnify and hold Sponsor, its affiliates, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (including, without limitation, claims, damages, losses or liabilities due to personal injury, death, damage to property, rights of publicity, defamation or portrayal in a false light) arising out of in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or participation in any prize-related activities including any and all costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in responding to and/or defending such claims.

Miscellaneous: Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time, at its discretion. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, and the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. For a list of the winner, please submit a request for the list of the winner to Sponsor at the address listed below.
