Products sold by Gemplers are designed to meet stated U.S. safety standards and regulations. Because local safety standards and regulations vary significantly, Gemplers cannot guarantee that our products meet all applicable requirements in each locality. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for compliance with safety standards and regulations in those localities in which the products will be shipped, sold and used.

Claims

We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order. On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit. If a truck shipment is damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt. Then call us at 1-800-382-8473.

Shipping Hazardous Products

Except as described in our guarantee, there are no express warranties or implied warranties including, but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Gemplers shall not be subject to and disclaims: (1) any other obligations or liabilities arising out of breach of contract or of warranty, (2) any obligations whatsoever arising from tort claims (including negligence and strict liability) or arising under other theories of law with respect to products sold or services rendered by Gemplers or any undertakings, acts or omissions relating thereto, and (3) all consequential, incidental and contingent damages whatsoever.

Long Handled Tools Lifetime Limited Warranty

We made the best tools we could, and we will stand behind them. Are there exclusions? You betcha, as we say in the Midwest. If you abuse the spirit of the warranty by, let’s say driving over it with a Bobcat, then we aren’t going to warranty it. Our lawyers said we should list the fine print, but we aren’t going to do that! You be fair, and we will be fair.

Instructions:

1. Send us a picture and tell us what’s going on at customerservice@gemplers.com.
2. Once we process the claim, we will either send you a replacement tool, or we will send you a Gemplers gift card.

Terms

These terms and conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between Gemplers and the purchaser, and shall be governed by and constructed according to the laws of the state of Wisconsin and the United States of America.

We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover® and GSA SmartPay®, for fax, phone, mail and web orders.

Check or Money Order

Payment may be made with check or money order when ordering by mail. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars. Please do not send cash through the mail.

Open Account

To qualify for open account you must have annual sales over $2500 and 4 or more orders within a 12-month period paid via credit card.

If I meet the criteria above, what's next?
If you qualify, please contactaccounting@gemplers.com to request open account and include your Gemplers account number. Your request will be reviewed within 48 hours. Gemplers reserves the right to approve or deny your request for open account.

Once approved, how often is my credit limit evaluated?
Credit limits are reviewed annually based upon the qualifications above and timely payment history. Gemplers reserves the right to change or revoke credit limits at any time

Are consumers eligible for Open Account?
Open Account is only available for businesses.

Sales Tax

Gemplers is required to charge state and local tax on items shipped to addresses within the following state(s): AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY.

Tax Exempt

If you are tax exempt and your account doesn't reflect your tax exempt status, please email your tax exempt certificate to accounting@gemplers.com. We will get you set up on the website.

• Find the Web Order Confirmation Email you received from customerservice@gemplers.com immediately after placing the order online. Subject line of: Order # confirmed.
• Click the red button for View Your Order
• You will go to a screen that will show status.

Option 2: only for registered users

• Log in to your account
• Click the red link on the order you want to view the status of
• Scroll down to Order Status

Option 3: once your order has shipped

• Use the tracking link provided in your Ship Confirmation Email.

To request a copy of your invoice please email us or call our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service team at 1-800-382-8473.

All prices published on our website are in U.S. dollars and must be paid in U.S. dollars.

NOTE: In the event of a pricing error, Gemplers reserves the right to charge the correct price. We also reserve the right to change prices without notice should market commodity conditions unforeseeably change.
