How To Submit Your Logo

Submit your logo artwork via email to customerservice@gemplers.com. Preferred file types include:

• .eps
• .png
• .gif
• .svg
• .jpg

Please use the highest resolution file you have available. If your business has an art/design department, or if your logo was professionally designed, you may want to consult them about getting the best version. Because logo set up needs differ based on the type of item we’re applying it to, as well as logo location, we will need to know the items you’re interested in at the time of logo setup. To make sure we answer all your questions and set up your logo to your specifications, online ordering for logo’d items is not available at this time.

Don't have a logo?

Not to worry. With our text-only options, you can still get professional looking gear without any graphics. Available typefaces vary by personalization type. We can work with you to find a custom typeface as well. For embroidered pieces, you can add a professional look by using one of our 300+ stock images with your lettering. Orders ship 5-7 Days from Logo Approval

Typically, Gemplers adds your logo and ships out your in-stock goods in 5-7 days from the time you approve your logo artwork. Lead times may be a bit longer during peak season, but we do our best to get you your finished items quickly.

• Top and bottom lines can be arched.

For logos that are over 10,000 stitch count, pricing is determined by actual stitch count and will be quoted based on the submitted logo/design. Please call or email us for pricing.

Heat Press

Typical logo positions. If you have something else in mind, we can most likely accommodate.


We offer three standard colors. Need a special color to complement your brand? Let us know and we can order it.
Note: Multiple colors on the same design are an additional fee.

Laser Etching

On drinkware, a single laser etched logo, monogram, or text block is typically placed on the side opposite the brand logo. For two-sided etching or any other positioning requests, just ask!

• You may have up to three lines of lettering with an average of 17 characters per line.
• Top and bottom lines can be arched.
• Additional fonts are available upon request.

Monogram Options

For three-letter monograms, the last initial will be displayed in the center position. For example, the monograms below are for the initials "RGC".
