Microbe-Lift/Golf is an environmentally friendly formula that cleans ponds and lagoons and is ideal for golf courses and landscaping water features. Microbe-Lift/Golf contains photosynthetic bacteria that cleans and clarify pond water by breaking down dead algae and reducing the buildup of wildlife fecal matter and fish feed. The easy-to-apply formula also reduces most noxious odors including hydrogen sulfide while improving dissolved oxygen levels to create a healthy pond environment. 100% Natural, biodegradable, nontoxic and nonacidic. Safe for fish, pets and plants. Treated water can even be used for irrigation without damaging turf or shrubs. 1-gal. jug. Application rate as follows (based on the pond size in 1,000's of gal.): 5–10 - 2 gal. initially, 16 oz. weekly for the next four weeks, then 16 oz. per month; 10–50 is 2.5 gal. initially, 20 oz. once per week for the next four weeks, then 20 oz. per month; 50–100 - 3 gal. initially, 24 oz. weekly for the next four weeks, then 24 oz. per month; 100–300 - 3.5 gal. initially, 1 qt. weekly for the next four weeks, then 1 qt. per month; 300–500 - 4 gal. initially, 0.5 gal. weekly for the next four weeks, then 0.5 gal. per month; 500–1,000 - 8 gal. initially, 1 gal. weekly for the next four weeks, then 1 gal. per month.
