The Tingley Bomber 3.1 Hi-Vis Insulated Jacket keeps you warm, dry and visible in the dark with its 2 inch silver reflective tape. It has a zippered front with storm flap, rollaway hood in collar, elasticized cuffs and waist, two mic tabs and a chest radio pocket with flap closure. Meets ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3.
