The microfleece-lined neck provides an added layer of warmth where it's needed, while hook-and-loop cuff closures and an adjustable drawcord hem help seal out chilly air and precipitation. When the day is done, the jacket self-stuffs into its own left handwarmer pocket for quick and compact stowing in a purse, tote bag or backpack.
