Ready-to-use bait stations come prefilled with a sweet liquid that ants can't resist. After consuming the liquid, the ants return to their nest, where they pass it around to the rest of the colony. The active ingredient in the bait slowly interferes with the ants’ digestive systems, ultimately killing them. You may initially see increased activity as ants discover the stations ... but don't panic! Once the bait takes its toll, populations will decline. Compact stations can be placed discretely along baseboards, in corners, on counters, under and behind appliances, and on windowsills.
