Once locked into place, the latch on this hook won't budge. This grab hook is easy to install and prevents accidental release of chain from hook and inadvertent re-hooking using a pivoting, spring-loaded plate that stays in place until you move it. Use with Grade 70 or 80 chains. This hook is ideal for chain-to-chain hooking, equipment safety chains and over-the-road safety chains.

• 1/4" hook has a working load limit of 3,500 lb.
• 5/16" hook has a working load limit of 4,500 lb.
• 3/8" hook has a working load limit of 7,100 lb.
• 1/2" hook has a working load limit of 12,000 lb.
• 5/8" hook has a working load limit of 18,100 lb.
